These fees apply to all properties in Orleans, Jefferson, St. Bernard, upper PLaquemines, St. John, St. Charles and St. Tammany. Each of these reports is based on an interior inspection of the property. Please call for fee estimates for properties with acreage, lake frontage, and those of atypical design, size or market appeal. Fees for other parishes will be slightly higher.
